Meet the Maker
I'm a former counselor and pastry artist who fell in love with soap making. I approach every bar the way I used to approach cake design—with intention around color, texture, and the little details that make something feel magical.
I work across different soap making techniques, including hand-sculpted pieces. Every ingredient and fragrance gets chosen because I believe self-care should feel like a treat, not a chore.
How we became Magnolia Mermaid
The name started with something personal — magnolia for Southern elegance and strength, and the mermaid for that dreamy, whimsical coastal spirit that runs through everything we create. Together, they capture the heart of this little shop — handmade goods rooted in charm, beauty, and everyday joy.
